Analyst: Microsoft Preparing to Cut the Price of Xbox One

CALIFORNIA - USA analyst, Michael Pachter believes that Microsoft will be preparing to lower the price tag of Xbox One. The strategy seems to be used to increase sales of Xbox One.

Reported Mcvuk, Friday (06/21/2013), Michael Pachter believes that Microsoft is preparing to lower the price of the new game console. This is done when the sales of the game console competitors, PlayStation 4 (PS4), sold more than the Xbox One.

Analysts assume that Microsoft has not been able to save the situation and reach a new generation of game consoles domination. "Microsoft intends to offer a bundle of more powerful hardware than Sony offered. Microsoft believes that consumers will ultimately appreciate the value proposition presented by Kinect," said Pachter.

Furthermore, he said, the company founded by Bill Gates is not doing a very good job of communicating the value proposition to consumers. Analysts said the highest selling Xbox One point will be visible on the Kinect device.

"We believe the six months to focus on the message (information superiority Kinect), Microsoft can completely level with the Sony. We hope Xbox One sells a lot of units like PS4," said Pachter.

If analyst estimates wrong, then the next step may be done Microsoft, is preparing for the decline in prices on the latest gaming console creations. It is expected to be implemented next year.
