Ubisoft: Assassin's Creed 4 PC Will Release Several Weeks After Console Versions

Ubisoft announced that Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag PC version will be released "a few weeks" after the console version. This was confirmed by the director of Ubisoft games, Ashraf Ismail.

To ElderGeek, Ismail said that the fans should not expect Assassin's Creed 4 will be released simultaneously with the console version. Ismail went on to say that Assassin's Creed 4 PC version will be released a few weeks after the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U. However, Ismail assured the fans that the Assassin's Creed 4 will definitely be released for the PC. Ismail said that the PC is one of the main tools that are always prioritized by Ubisoft. Ismail also assured that the Assassin's Creed 4 PC version will look "phenomenal".

Actually this is not new news because of this has happened since the first Assassin's Creed. Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag will be released between late October 2013 and early November 2013 for the console, and will form one of the launch title for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, when both next-gen consoles are released.
